The opening of Morocco'Mall was a big success, Jennifer Lopez performed for its opening and several international actors,singers,models... visited the new biggest mall in African ranked in the top 5 of the best destination malls in the world. This new mall aims at attracting the moroccan and also the african jet set. The owner, Aksal, says more than 14 millions people will visit it each year thanks to its perfect location and the diversity of the activities that it offers. One of the biggest musical fountain and aquarium in the world are part of the mall. 350 international brands are present in this mall. Today a lot of shopping malls are being built all over the kingdom. Almazar mall in Marrakesh is also a success thanks to its traditional design inspired by the moroccan souks. Faubourg, a new extension of the almazar mall aims at being the first 100% luxury mall in the kingdom. Borj Fez Mall in Fez and Socco Alto in Tangier, which are currently under construction aims at responding to the fast growing demand of malls in Morocco. BRE, the owner of Borj Fez Mall, Almazar Mall and Socco Alto aims at developping the "shopping mall concept" to other cities in the country but also to other african countries such as Senegal, Tunisia and Algeria.
