The new high speed line which will link Tangiers, nothern morocco, to Casablanca, economic city, is currently under construction. This new line will reduce from a half the travel time between the two cities. It opened a debate in Morocco, some people think it is useless and that Moroccan National Railway Company, ONCF should rather extend its classical railway network to other cities such as Tetouan, Agadir or Ouarzazate.
